Booking & Payment Policy
Trivia regularly books out, so every reserved seat means another team may miss out.
You are booking (and paying for) the number of people you reserve so if you book for 6 and only 2 attend, payment is still required for 6 people.
If you book for 6 and 8 arrive, we cannot guarantee seats for the additional guests. They will only be accommodated if space is available.
All booked seats must be paid for in full before 6:30pm on the night.
If payment has not been received by 6:30pm, your booking will be considered abandoned. Management reserves the right to cancel your booking and reallocate your table to another team.
This policy exists because we have a limited number of tables and seats. Once a table is reserved, we often have to decline other bookings. Late arrivals, cancellations/no-shows, and groups arriving with fewer people than booked leave empty seats that cannot be filled, which is unfair to both the venue and other customers who wanted to attend.
Pre-Paid Booking Benefit
Pre-pay your trivia booking before the event and you'll receive your $10 entry fee back as a drinks token (up to the value of your entry fee).
Valid only on the night of the event.
Any unused value is forfeited after the event.
No pre-paid booking = no drinks token.
