Oh look, another Sunday coming up where you swore you’d be productive… did you forget about bottomless brunch?! Each month (the next booking being on Sunday 28th June), we’re hosting your favourite shindig at Martini’s 🍸

Grazing Daisy have food covered with their charcuterie cart stacked with local goodies, while we’ll do what we do best and serve your fave pours, vino’s and vibes 💅

The menu includes our signature White Choc Espresso Martini, Strawberries & Cream Martini, Appletini, French Martini, Paloma, Dark & Stormy and so, so many more 🤤

One thing I’m proud of at Martini’s, is that we give a sh*t. Top two priorities? That our drinks are great, and you feel great. We do our best, and while I like to think we nail it most of the time, there will be occasions we miss the mark. I’m sure there will be people reading this that think, ‘yeah, my experience could have been better’, and that’s fair 🙏

If that’s the case, please, tell us. We’re always open to your thoughts, feedback and ideas, and are wanting to find solutions when something’s not been right. Ideally it doesn’t happen at all, but we’re human… come talk to us, give us a chance to fix it! 😎 But when we get feedback online, it’s really hard to respond, it’s hard to get the tone of voice right to show sincerity and apologise, and any context we might give just looks like we’re making excuses or being defensive.

So, the question remains, how do reply to explain that margaritas are commonly served on the rocks in a short glass, without sounding arrogant? Or that while the front of the venue is dark, the back has more light for the pool table and so we can see what we’re doing behind the bar, while still showing respect for their preference of lighting?

As I said, feedback is welcome, and it’s what helps us improve, but sometimes it feels like a one sided conversation, and bit harsh if I’m being honest.

6 Months of Martinis! 🍸 In such a short time, we’ve met countless new faces and come to know so many of you regularly. We’re so proud and grateful to have already shared so many great nights out at Martinis with you all! 🥰

As chuffed as we are, it’s not been easy… the biggest challenge? Having to give up an 8pm bedtime, for sure. 😴But, the best parts? Well, aside from access to infinite appletini’s, it’s all of you. Every ‘thank you’, every time you tell us you liked something, and every time you come back!

In our short time, we’ve hit some incredible milestones already:
- We think Steph broke her first bone (fractured eye socket- IYKYK)
- Played “Sweet Caroline” exactly 0 times
- Achieved a 17% success rate of committing to “just one drink”
- And, served over 9,000 of your favourite pours (like, actually 😮)

None of that of course, would happen without our amazing team; Jack, Indi, Xav, and Tiana. Every shift they’re there, making and shaking, welcoming you all with open arms and taking care of the place. A big thank you to the team, for without you, Steph would be lost- and absolutely overwhelmed with glassware.

So, thank you everyone who’s gotten us this far. 🖤

We’d like to wish our little Indi happy birthday! ✨

17 already?! My, how they grow 🥹 Indi has been with us since day one, and we’d be lost without her. In a short 6 months she’s became a master behind the bar, and is always winning your hearts at Martini’s 💕 her silly puns and stories put a smile on our faces, making every shift just that bit better.

This weeks favourite? Well, not the Crème Brûlée Martini featured below, but it was so close!!

Each week it’s either the White Choc Espresso, or P0rnstar Martini- we’ve gotta shake it up (pun intended) 😜🍸

Featuring cream, butterscotch, baileys and vanilla vodka- no burnt sugar, we can’t trust Steph with any source of fire 🫠
