After a wonderful chapter in Launceston, we would like to let you know that Ichiban Boshi has now permanently closed.
This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with a mix of emotions — deep gratitude, nostalgia, and excitement for what’s next.
Over the years, your support, smiles, and shared love for our food have meant the world to us. From every ramen bowl to every kind word, you’ve helped make Ichiban Boshi more than just a restaurant — you made it a community.
But this is not goodbye. It’s a new beginning.
We’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ve now opened Danzy Bites — a fresh, vibrant space offering the best of what we love:
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Japanese ramen, and our popular bubble tea, now featuring both self-serve toppings and exciting new creations in progress.
