Some days we're feeding 300+ people across four different events.

Some days we're out playing golf in the beautiful sunshine.

Ok.. that second one has only happened once. But we had a great time and we're definitely open to doing it again.

The day helped raise funds for Judes Village and the work with young people through school programs, sports chaplaincy and youth groups.

These two classics on our alternate drop menu have been on plenty of tables at Tailrace over the years, and there's a reason guests keep coming back to them.

Its not normal to look outside your conference room windows and see tall eucalypts swaying in the breeze, chef picking fruit from apple trees, wallabies playing on the wedding lawn, sunlight reflecting on kanamaluka / Tamar river, a yacht passing by, fishermen on the jetty, and mountains stretching along the horizon.
Its not normal for a conference centre. But it does happen at Tailrace, quite often actually.

Once again, we had the privilege of welcoming Tas TAFE graduates to Tailrace and celebrating a very significant milestone.

Congratulations to everyone who graduated. We loved being part of your day.

Our deluxe breakfast: Scrambled eggs on sourdough with spinach, roasted tomatoes, and your selection of bacon or sausage. With a platter of muffins, pastries & whole fruits for each table.

Start the day with breakfast together before settling into the agenda, or make breakfast the main event—bring everyone together over a good meal, hear from your speakers and have your guests on their way to work by 9am.

As Tasmania slowly warms up, our deck becomes a pretty great place for a breakout session, a post-event debrief, or simply take a phone call.

A little sunshine, some fresh air and a change of scenery can be a welcome addition to a full day of conferencing.

A full day of conferencing calls for a good coffee... or a few.

Arrival coffee. Morning tea coffee. Lunch coffee. Afternoon pick-me-up coffee. One-for-the-road coffee.

Thankfully, with Jude's Café at Tailrace right here onsite, your next one is only a matter of steps away.
