Job Title: Front of House (FOH) / All-rounder / Barista
Location: The Aspy Café, Lancefield
Job Type: Casual (must be available most weekdays and some weekends (8am-2.30pm))
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic FOH team member to join our small team! If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages with care and consistency
• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer
• Assist with food preparation and serve orders with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the FOH area
• Handle transactions accurately
Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
• Passion for coffe making
• Team player with a positive attitude
