Hi all. We have had lots of enquiries about our re-opening. Thank you all so much- we appreciate the interest and support. Unfortunately our room is only large enough to serve 13 customers with the social distancing requirements. I am sure you can all understand that it means it is not economically viable for us to operate with that small number. And for those of you who have visited us before, I am sure you have noticed that part of the experience of Hillbrook hygge is the “hygge”. We don’t feel we can offer the atmosphere which makes it special in the current corona environment- so we await patiently for further relaxing of “mingling” rules. Wishing you all well and hoping to see you all again sooner than later
