Although, up here in the Kimberley, with a rod in hand, the sun going down and a cold Hoochery can nearby… there really aren’t too many bad days fishing. 🍹

This Saturday is our last Saturday open for the season, so come on down and make the most of it!

Join us for lunch, rum tastings, cocktails and a few cold Hoochery cocktails before we move back to our Monday–Friday opening hours.

If you’ve been meaning to drop in for a long lunch or a cocktail at the bar, this is your last Saturday chance!

Our next Limited Whiskey Release is here! 🥃

**Genuine paddock to bottle — Corn & Sorghum Whiskey, grown and made right here in on our farm.**

For years, we’ve been growing corn and sorghum on our family farm, just behind the Hoochery, always thinking that one day it would be great to make something special from the grains ourselves. Well, that day came — and the result is a whiskey that is truly our own.

The corn and sorghum spirits are separately barrel-aged before being carefully blended together. The sorghum brings rich, nutty chocolate flavours, while the corn adds soft, fresh fruit notes, creating a beautifully balanced modern Australian whiskey.

From the paddock, to the barrel, to the bottle — a whiskey genuinely expressive of where we come from.
