Sorry everyone ! We are forced to close. With no power in the industrial estate we don't have a generator with enough guts to run the espresso machine. So we are heading home to Prep for tomorrow at the Loch Food and Wine Festival! See you tomorrow and thanks for supporting our small family business ###

We were lucky enough to visit Destiny Coffee Farm! We can't recommend enough if you're going to Vietnam this needs to be at the op of your coffee tourism list. We can't wait to get back there, hopefully for a harvest.

We are so excited! Only 11 sleeps until one of our favourite days of the year. The Loch Food and Wine Festival is a day of the best food and drink our gorgeous part of the world has to offer. We will be in attendance with different coffees to taste, beans to buy and blablas to blablabla. Looking back at our trip to Vietnam and today marks 2 weeks since Boasty Roasty visited Cavalry Coffee

Pumping out some big volumes these guys treat the process very seriously. We checked out their 1,000 kg hoppers of roasted coffee coming from the 35kg roaster, it was an experience that's for sure.
A fully automated roaster and bean transfers its a little hands off but at Cavalry they spend the time focusing on the quality of their production.
The coffee there was next level and the presentation was something to Boast about. Phill had the cold brew margarita and Ali went the coconut and wow they didn't disappoint.
If you're ever in Hoi An it's worth the trip out to these guys.

We hope that some of their Boastful skills rubbed off on us and we can make some awesome Vietnamese coffees for you.
