Baked Patisserie is a small boutique patisserie and coffee shop located in Kirrawee in Sydney’s South. Baked also serves Allpress Coffee.

Run by Pastry Chef, Adam Johnson and his wife Emma, Baked sells a variety of cakes, cronuts, sweets, pies and sandwiches made on site daily by Adam. Large special occasion cakes are made to order. Please contact us if you would like a copy of our Cakes to Order brochure. Please note that we close our orders off for Saturdays at 12pm on Tuesdays. For all week day orders we require approximately 5 business days notice. Opening hours are 6am to 1pm Mondays and Saturdays, and 6am to 3pm Tuesdays to Fridays. Orders can be placed by calling 0415 232 557 or by emailing [email protected].

If you come early, your cake may not be ready, as we’re often adding the final touches right up until collection time. If you can’t remember the collection time you suggested, please contact us and we’ll let you know.

If you’re running a bit late, that’s totally fine. It’s just the early arrivals that may be impacted.

After almost 7 wonderful years, it’s time to say goodbye to one of our amazing team members, Marnie, as she moves on to pursue the next step in her career. We’ll certainly miss her!

As a result, we’re looking for a Barista / Shop Assistant to join our team.

What we’re looking for:
• Available 1–2 weekdays plus 1 weekend shift
• Coffee-making experience preferred
• Suitable for a university student or someone looking for long-term casual/part-time work
• Not suitable for school students
