Love pizza?
Meet its crispy, stuffed cousin. 🍕🔥

We take our signature, slow-fermented pizza dough, bake it wood-fired hot until it’s perfectly charred, and open it to hold a masterpiece:
silk-thin Mortadella, fresh Ricotta, vibrant Basil Pesto, and a crunchy Pistachio Crumb.

It’s everything you love about Neapolitan crust, folded into the ultimate street food sandwich.

The Ultimate Smoky Boscaiola: Bacon & Mushroom Masterpiece 🥓🍄
Earthy meets Smoky.

We have elevated the timeless Italian woodcutter's classic by trading traditional smoky bacon.

This bold variation pairs the intense, deep umami of sautéed wild mushrooms with crisp, salty bacon bits.

Everything rests on a velvety white cream base with strings of bubbling mozzarella cheese, taking luxury comfort food to a whole new level.

🥓 Wood-Smoked Bacon: providing a savory, smoky crunch.
🍄‍🟫 Sautéed Mushrooms: Earthy, tender slices that capture rustic, forest-born richness.
🧀 Premium White Base: Smooth cream and melted mozzarella—no tomatoes required.Savor a bolder take on tradition this Sunday!
