Mac & cheese is the ultimate comfort food but the gochujang takes it to a whole new level!! 🤤🌶️ 🧀

Ingredients:
Mr Chen's Dumplings Mac & Cheese Korean Gochujang
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
Spring onion, to garnish

Marinade:
250g chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp gochujang paste
1/2-1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Method:
1. Coat the chicken in marinade. Place in the air-fryer (or fry pan) and cook for 20 minutes at 200C, flipping halfway.
2. Cook the pasta per packet instructions. Drain and place back in the saucepan.
3. Add the milk and butter, simmer until sauce thickens.
4. Divide Mac and cheese between 2 bowls, top with chicken and garnish with spring onion to serve.
