🍜 How We Enjoy Tsukemen at IROYUKI

Step 1
Tsukemen arrives a little differently —
the noodles and soup are served separately, so you can enjoy each at its best.

Step 2
Pick up a small bundle of noodles.
They’re thicker, chewier, and meant to be savoured.

Step 3
Gently dip the noodles into the hot soup.
Just a little is enough — the flavour is rich.

Step 4
Take a bite and enjoy the contrast.
Cool, springy noodles meeting warm, umami broth.

Step 5
Continue at your own pace.
Dip more or less each time, and find the balance you like.
