He has been a chef in China for more than 20 years. Before I came to Australia, I had received a year of Chinese food training from my father. I have always had a great passion for food cooking and spreading Chinese food culture. After completing my UTAS studies, I still promoted the creation of my mobile food business to reach more locals and adjust my food tastes to best cater to local customers. In the past two years, my cooking skills have been more consolidated. Almost all the waste generated during our food preparation process can be used for composting. All the tableware we currently use is provided by the local environmentally friendly tableware provider COMPAK, including lunch boxes, spoons, and chopsticks. They are all made from corn stalks and straw. They are completely degradable, compostable, and do not contain any plastic.
