Satay Chicken skewers
Roast duck with special ginger sauce.
Pork ribs in Chinese 5 spice
Yellow curry chicken
Stir fry chicken or prawns with your choice of sauce
Pad Thai
Fried rice

Thank you to everyone who came to Thai night at the Upper Murray Providore last night.
It is lovely to get such great feedback from customers on the food we serve, it makes my day!!

If you haven't come to Thai night at the new fantastic Upper Murray Providore in the old ANZ bank on Wednesday nights, then you are in for a treat.
We are open from 5pm to pick up takeaways, or bring your friends and enjoy delicious home cooked Thai food, a great selection of wine and beers and then some of Tracey's famous desserts.

- Tom Kha - chicken and coconot soup - a winter warmer!

- Massaman slow cooked beef sweet curry
- Red curry with roast duck
- Crispy pork belly stir fry

Hello Upper Murray friends!
Today I'm sitting with my mum telling her about Goongs's kitchen and all the places we have been like Cudgewa Hotel, Thowgla Hall, Upper Murray Providore, Thai nights at my friends farms and all the great people I am meeting.
She is nearly 80 but she wants to come and work with me!

Goong's Kitchen will be open next Wednesday at the Upper Murray Providore and back at the food trailer in Khancoban on the weekend the 5th and 6th of June.

What do you want to see on the menu next weekend?
