Meet Renzo, the tradition behind Aston Lucas Gourmet.👨🏽‍🍳

Our story began in Abruzzo, where family recipes, handmade pasta and slow-cooked sauces were part of everyday life.

In 1955, Renzo’s father, Finuccio “Fino”, brought those traditions to Melbourne. Today, Renzo continues that legacy, still making the family’s Napoli sauce, a recipe passed down through generations and built on simplicity, consistency and authentic Italian flavour.

In 2020, Renzo and Sam carried that story forward, launching Aston Lucas Gourmet with one clear vision: to bring genuinely homemade Italian meals into modern Australian homes.

For us, it’s more than food. It’s family, tradition and a connection between generations.
