🍻 7th Birthday Releases 🍻
Almost completely toilet trained and spending most nights in our own beds. To celebrate, we’re revisiting four b**rs that take us right back to the beginning, rebrewed and in 500mL cans for the first time ever. Apparently we’ve grown up enough to be trusted with bigger cans.
🌲 American Pale Ale - 5% 🌲
The OG, and the b**r that started it all. Inspired by Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale, we brewed our very first batch on our 12hL kit in Katoomba. Little did we know we’d one day host Sierra Nevada in the Blue Mountains and brew a b**r with them. Citra, Centennial and Simcoe bring bright citrus, grapefruit, pine and a crisp malt backbone.
📼 Be Kind Rewind – NEIPA 7.3% 📼
Our second NEIPA in the Limited Release program, named after our Katoomba brewery’s life as a Civic Video store. A massive dry hop of Sabro and Vic Secret delivers a hazy, pillowy-soft IPA with juicy tropical fruit and creamy coconut.
🥛 Hill People – Oat Cream IPA 6.8% 🥛
Our first ever Oat Cream IPA, and the one that paved the way for a style synonymous with Mountain Culture. Sabro and Citra bring creamy coconut, mango and citrus in a lush, ridiculously moreish package. It also gave us our first packaging mistake: 355mL labels on 500mL cans.
🌴 Back To Cali – West Coast IPA 7.6% 🌴
Our first ever West Coast IPA, named after the playlist DJ was listening to on brew day. Centennial, Columbus, Mosaic and Amarillo deliver grapefruit, pine, resin and a crisp, bitter finish. No haze, no nonsense.
