CafeXpresso will be closed for a few days as a precaution while we wait for Covid test results after a Coles Katoomba trace and our daughter having a fever last night (she’s fine now).

CafeXpresso is still open every day, thank you everyone for distancing and checking in. Every time I add something to the distancing markers I feel like I’m going to accidentally summon something.

We are still essentially open 😊
Let me take you through the essential level of care we’re essentially taking to give you the essential confidence to essentially grab an essential coffee.

We check our temperature, regularly clean the area and display this information.
We prefer card but still take cash which is handled with gloves only and washed, yes we wash our cash.
There is a normal level of hand washing practice in hospitality, then above that there is our level of handwashing.
We blast all contact utensils with hot water before and after use.
We are extremely careful of the coffee cup lip and go to efforts not to touch it.
Display has been cling wrapped and gets replaced.
The ground has been marked so people can practice social distancing.
