GREAT NEWS our team have been working hard behind the scenes and we now have cabins back open for guests 🏡

We currently have 7 cabins up and running, with a range of configurations to suit couples, solo travellers and small groups:

🛏 Cabin 1 - Queen bed + single
🛏 Cabin 2 - Queen bed
🛏 Cabins 6, 7 & 8 - Queen bed
🛏 Cabins 11 & 12 - Queen bed in master + 2 single beds in second bedroom

Big Fig Bistro update!

Dear valued customers,

Big Fig Bistro remains closed following the recent Katherine floods. We are working towards a reopening date at the end of May. We will announce the reopening once we have a firm date.

Our team has been working super hard to get the park back up and running.

So in some exciting news our swimming pool and spa area is now back open for guest use.

It’s so amazing to see our community spirit coming together and helping each other. ❤️🥰😁

It’s been a challenging time, but seeing everyone come together with such dedication, resilience, and community spirit has been truly inspiring. We’re so grateful for the many hands that have helped us take the first steps toward recovery.

Statement about Flood Impact – Big Fig Bistro, Katherine, NT

The recent flooding in Katherine has significantly impacted Big Fig Bistro, causing damage to our premises, equipment, and stock.

We are currently focused on the clean-up, including removing damaged items, deep cleaning, and ensuring the restaurant meets all health and safety requirements. At this stage, we are unable to confirm a clear reopening date, as our priority is to make sure everything is safe before we operate again.

We sincerely thank our customers and the Katherine community for their patience and support during this time. Updates will be provided when available.
