We’re looking for an energetic, reliable and friendly Café All-Rounder to join the team at Pop Rocket Café. If you thrive in a friendly fast-paced environment get in touch.

What you’ll be doing

* Greeting customers with a smile and delivering outstanding service.
* Taking orders and operating the POS.
* Preparing and serving drinks
* Running food and clearing tables.
* Assisting with light food preparation.
* Keeping the café clean, organised and well-stocked.
* Working as part of a great team

What we’re looking for

* A positive, can-do attitude.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
* A team player who isn’t afraid of hard work.
* Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we’ll happily train the right person with the right attitude.

Is it safe to call dry season? I don’t want to jinx it. I really hope so. As much as I love drinking in all the beauty of the changing seasons in Katherine, the dry brings a relief, a coolness, a reset. A new rhythm. Cold nights, camp fires, red wine , camping, overnight hikes, adventures in the national parks, family visiting. Rodeos, shows, markets, races and more. Different bird noises, different winds, a whole new mood. This is us, our crazy little town in the top end, punching way above its weight.
