Aspen Living Karratha When the crew are well looked after in the accommodation, they are far more productive at site. We also offer free self-parking, satellite TV and Wi-Fi!

Aspen Karratha Village, in the resource-rich Pilbara region, is conveniently located between Karratha Town Centre and Karratha Airport in Western Australia. The village provides high-quality workforce accommodation with a reputation for excellence. Our onsite team are friendly and helpful and have a fantastic understanding of our guests’ varying needs. The village is well-equipped to cater to shift workers, FIFO workers and corporate visitors to the region, for short or long stays. Our modern, motel-style accommodation is set in a landscaped village environment comprising a buffet restaurant, shaded outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area, tennis court and gym. Enjoy a meal at the village’s buffet restaurant, or get a packed meal to go. A housekeeping service is also available to our guests to make living away from home that little bit easier. We think about the small things so you can focus on what’s important: getting the job done and looking after your health and wellbeing. There’s plenty of reasons why our village is the first choice in Karratha – not least of all, the fact that we offer the best value for money. But also, we genuinely care about providing a comfortable and pleasant home away from home for our travelling workforce.

🧹✨ **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASPEN HOUSEKEEPER!** ✨

Alarm ⏰ → coffee ☕ → linen 🧺 → beds 🛏️ → rooms ✨ → REPEAT! 🔄😂

Ever wondered what goes on behind those freshly made beds and spotless rooms? Our Housekeeping team are up, moving and making it happen every day! 💪

180 rooms. Countless beds. A LOT of steps. 👣
And somehow… they still keep smiling! 😍👏

They’re the early risers, the bed-making pros, the towel-folding legends and the reason our guests can walk into a room and instantly feel at home. 💙

**It’s not just cleaning rooms — it’s creating a place to come home to.** 🏡✨

Here at Aspen Living Karratha, every day is R U OK? Day.

For many of our guests, the Village is more than just a place to sleep. It’s home while they’re working away... sometimes for weeks or months at a time 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

That’s why looking after our people is part of what we do every single day. 💛

And sometimes, it’s as simple as remembering someone’s name and asking, “How are you going?”
Because you never really know what someone is carrying behind a smile.

So today, and every day, take a moment to check in with the people around you.

Ask the question. Listen to the answer. Stay connected.

R U OK? 💛
