Seems like it’s snuck up on us a bit but the first Stare of Origin NRL game is only 3 hours away from kick off. Come in and cheer on your state team watching in the biggest screen in town with warm heaters and the best selection of beers also. Free snacks at kick off and half time! Have some lamb cutlets and a cheeky red then watch the action unfold.

Good things come to an end and so it is with heavy hearts we bid farewell to a team of people who have blessed us with their presence on and off for the last 18 months. We’ve fed them and watered them but they’ve dedicated themselves to reactivating the Fish Elevator on the side of the dam wall, allowing native species to migrate upstream during breeding season. Proud to have hosted them and very thankful of the contribution to native fish stocks their work will achieve, now that the elaborate fish “lift” is once again operational
