A LITTLE MONDAY UPDATE ❤️

Due to the incredible demand and support we’ve received, we’ve made the decision to close every second Monday.

Our shelves have been selling out much faster than expected, so these Mondays will give our team time to restock, bake, prep and get everything ready for the busy weeks ahead! 🥐❤️

We’ll post our opening days each week so there’s no confusion.

We’re incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and sincerely appreciate your understanding as we work behind the scenes to keep Elliott’s Bakehouse stocked, fresh and ready for you! ❤️

To our amazing community,

We wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologise for the recent hiccups we’ve experienced at Elliott’s Bakehouse. Whether you’ve had to wait a little longer than expected, found us closed earlier than planned, or noticed that we’re still finding our rhythm, we’re truly sorry.

The support you’ve shown us since opening our doors has been far beyond anything we could have imagined. While it’s been incredibly exciting and something we’re so grateful for, it has also meant we’ve been learning and adapting much faster than we ever expected.

Please know that every single day, our team is giving 100%. We’re working hard behind the scenes to improve our systems, increase our speed, and make sure every customer has the experience they deserve. We know we aren’t perfect, but we’re committed to learning, growing, and getting better with each passing day.

Our dream has always been to create a warm, welcoming bakery where everyone feels at home—a place to enjoy great food, great coffee, and friendly faces. We’re not there just yet, but with your patience, kindness, and continued support, we’re getting closer every day.
