Introducing the BREKKY WRAP @ our Galston location. It’s been our best seller already and whispers are we may bring it across to Dural. Whispers which we started.

Crispy bacon, scrambies, hash, spinach and our signature spiced mayo.

Toasted. Pressed. Perfection.

Back where it all began. I suppose you’d call it an old fashioned appreciation post. He’s had a few ups and downs of late but on the first Saturday of trading, when the Jedi master comes in for Brekky and sees we’re getting too smashed to finish prep on he jumps. Like the old days at Smithfield Deli, where i learnt the ropes and was inspired to back myself and believe in a dream.

Dad, you’re still the inspiration you always were.

And you’ve still got it. Never went anywhere.

Love you young man ❤️

Want to be a part of a tried and true family business?

There are lots of exciting opportunities on the horizon and we’re looking for team members to join our squad.

We need:

BARISTAS with at least 3 years experience to run a busy station moving through at least 55-60kgs per week.

LINE COOKS for hot and cold stations, again with at least 1-2 years experience and looking to be a part of a fun, creative kitchen team.

Weekday availability is key for us. We offer long shifts and have opportunities for both casual and part time positions.

Call or text Tahki on 0413089622 or DM us to enquire.

We hope to meet some new SALTies soon….
