Our pink-and-white dessert trailer is ready to roll out with real vanilla ice cream, 35+ toppings, lollies and sauces — plus delicious new additions including boba pearls, brownie bites, coconut jellies and crushed Oreos.
Got an event coming up? Whether it’s a footy match needing some side entertainment, a show that deserves a sweet treat, a local market looking for something special, or a celebration that calls for a little extra fun, Sugar Baby is ready to bring the dessert bar to you.
As the Wimmera Mallee’s only mobile DIY ice cream dessert bar, we’re here to help guests create their own delicious masterpiece — one ice cream, drizzle and topping at a time.

Bottomless Yum Cha: Would you be interested in Bottomless Yum Cha in Dimboola?

We are exploring a first-ever Bottomless Yum Cha session for Saturday 5 September — and before we lock in the details, we would love to know if you are keen.

The idea is simple: choose a two-hour sitting — 11 am–1 pm, 12 pm–2 pm, or 1 pm–3 pm — and settle in for five yum cha dishes served throughout the session, with five extra surprise dishes popping up for around 15 minutes at a time before the next one arrives. We're keeping it simple as a come and grab 'banquet' style menu.

$39 per person — mocktails and juices included. A sneaky shot of handbag Bacardi or vodka can be added for those who would like one.

Here is a taste of the sample menu we are considering. Dishes would rotate across the session, so there is always something new to try:

•Steamed eggs with caramelised ground pork
•Steamed prawn rolls with soy and sesame
•BBQ pork buns
•Hand-pulled noodles with spring onion soy sauce
•Cucumbers in black vinegar and chilli
•Prawn har gow
•Pork and prawn dim sims
•Scallion pancakes with crispy chilli oil
•Vegetarian dumplings
•Prawn wonton soup
•Vegetarian spring rolls with sweet chilli
•Chicken dumplings with satay sauce
•Golden lava custard buns with miso caramel sauce
•Baked egg custard tarts

For drinks, we are thinking refreshing mocktails including a Mojito and a lychee, passion-fruit and peach spritz.

Made a stop on the way to Sydney at the winner of Best Coffee in our region. Cute little hipster at the door (tommy gun under jacket?) added to the vintage feel.
