urroundings at the Samford Lifestyle Centre. Breakfast starts at 7am with delicious indulgences like organic sourdough french toast, with red wine roast pear, maple syrup, ice cream. The very popular rare pear breakfast with italian sausage, bacon, eggs cooked to your liking, corn fritters, confit tomato on sourdough toast is always on the menu. A great vegetarian breakfast option is the rare pear grilled field mushrooms, halloumi and zucchini with lemon myrtle polenta, red peppers, rocket and basil pesto. ead Chef, Brendan Zipf has created a delicious new Holland Park menu.
