Before your first email, before your first coffee, before Hobart properly wakes up… we’re already here making the bagels. 🥯☕️

Early mornings, fresh dough, warm ovens and a whole lot of prep go into making sure your breakfast is ready when you are.

Because the best bagels aren’t rushed. They’re made fresh, baked golden and waiting for you before the day really begins.

So next time you grab your morning coffee, make sure there’s a fresh Bathurst St bagel next to it.

Two bagels. Two moods. Zero wrong answers. 🥯🥯

One day you’re all about the everything bagel. The next, sesame is suddenly the only choice that makes sense.

That’s the problem with Bathurst St Bagels — picking just one favourite is basically impossible.

Grab your go-to, switch it up, share with a mate or order both and call it balance. 😌

Which mood are you today: everything or sesame? 👇
