Our signature One-Piece Short Rib is inspired by the deep comforting flavours of Vietnamese Beef Pho — slow cooked for 38 hours with espresso, aromatic Vietnamese spices, and a whole lot of patience. Finished with rich glossy glaze, served with crispy wedges & fresh salad. 🍖✨

From mum to daughter… the Panookie love continues 🍪🤎
Yesterday, Tammy came by to celebrate Mother’s Day with our limited-edition Panookie. Today, her daughter Asha is back at Giddy Up Foodstore — not just working the shift, but making sure she gets a Panookie too 😆✨
Safe to say this little skillet dessert is becoming a family tradition already. Thank you Tammy & Asha for sharing the Mother’s Day weekend with us. Moments like this make the café feel extra special 🫶

Nothing warms the heart more than seeing generations gathered around one table — stories shared, laughter echoed, and sweet moments made together. Gail and family celebrated Mother’s Day with us today, filling the courtyard with so much love and joy 💛
