After an incredible journey serving you over the last two years, it's with sadness that we announce Mr Minty’s Dining Room will be closing on 22 September 2024. This wasn’t an easy decision, but sometimes life throws us unexpected curveballs.
We can’t thank you enough for all the love and support you've shown us. Sharing our passion for food with you has been a dream come true, and the memories we’ve made together will stay with us forever.
And a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team, without whom Mr Minty's would not have been possible. To Nicole, our restaurant manager, for her passion, leadership, and unrivalled customer service. And to Kurstin Berriman, our chef, who breathed life into our restaurant. Kurstin's passion for food and mastery of her craft brought joy to all who stepped foot in Mr Minty's, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
Rest assured that our retail store, Becker Minty Hobart, will remain open, bringing you beautiful art, homewares, fashion, jewellery, and gifts.
