Peattie Events is firing up Franklin Square, and stretching their legs into the nearby carpark, for Tassie's only dedicated Barbecue Festival.

Smoked and grilled, low-n-slow or charcoal seared, this is a two day feast cooked over flame and coals.

Tasmanian meats and seafood are the main events, with a side plate of awesome savoury, veg and dessert stalls. Damn fine local brews, whisky's, wines and cocktails wash it all down.

Kick back in the new 🌵 Rancho Relaxo 🌵 there’s bean bags aplenty to go round with loads more seating stage side!

A massive 18 hours of rolling live music over the two days, from bangin’ interstate acts to local bands and DJs.
