Hi everyone, I don’t normally do this type of thing on Pony and Cole, but this woman was a true legend in every way possible. I was raised with Dolly playing in my house for I don’t know how long as a child, we listened to her in the car on family trips and sang along to countless songs. I knew all the words to Jolene, applejack, coat of many colours and many more. I had the privilege in seeing her live when she came to Adelaide and today has struck me hard. For all those people out there take a moment to today go listen to a true legend of the music industry, her kindness, philanthropy and everlasting music legacy that is Dolly Parton will live on. God bless you Dolly! Rest in peace…Dolly Parton

Last night was one for the books. We're excited to announce that we won TWO awards at the 2026 Restaurant & Catering Australia Hostplus Awards for Excellence. First up we won Best Cafe Dining and then we won the major Casual Dining of the Year award!!!

To our team who turn up and do this properly every single day - thank you. To every guest who's booked a table, ordered the pancakes, come back for seconds, and told a friend - this is as much yours as it is ours. We could not do this without you.

Ella walked in five years ago and just... got it. Got us, got the pace, got what this place is actually about. She's made thousands of coffees and somehow always had time for a chat even on our maddest mornings.

Watching her grow up in this industry has been one of the real privileges of running Pony & Cole. We are going to miss her enormously - but we could not be prouder of what she's off to do next.
