MOTHER'S DAY WINNER! 💐

This week, our lucky Mother's Day competition winner came in to collect her prizes and we couldn't be happier for her! 🎉
But can we just take a moment to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who came in over the Mother's Day weekend? You made it our biggest weekend of trade EVER and we're still buzzing from the love and support 🥹✨

We absolutely love being part of the Hindmarsh community and getting to give back to our incredible locals on special occasions like this means the world to us. You all show up for us time and time again, so it's the least we can do!

MEET RAGNI 👩‍🍳✨
Say hello to our wonderful new chef who's already absolutely smashing it in the kitchen! And yes, that pun was 100% intended because just LOOK at this beautiful Pea & Mint Smash with poached eggs, feta and dukkah 😍
You can see just how incredible Ragni is at her craft by the way she plates up! Every dish is a work of art and tastes even better than it looks (which is saying something!) 🌱

We're so lucky to have her on the Pony & Cole team, and we know you're going to love what she creates 💚

Listen, we need to talk about how absolutely OBSESSED people are with our Chicken & Waffles right now 👀
Crispy fried chicken sitting pretty on a fluffy Belgian waffle, drizzled with chipotle honey and slathered with chive butter? It's the sweet and savoury combo that's got Adelaide in a chokehold and we're not even mad about it 🔥

We've watched grown adults genuinely consider ordering a second serve. We've seen first dates go silent because they're too busy eating. We've had people ask if they can just... buy a bucket of the chipotle honey to take home (the answer is maybe, we're thinking about it 😅).
Moral of the story? If you haven't tried it yet, what are you even doing with your life? Get yourself to Hindmarsh and join the fan club 🙌
