Study Trip.
Whilst the team undertake the refurb and routine maintenance I'm off on a motorcycle cafe study trip.

Top of the list is The Bikery (IOW). This place has great reviews.
Next is The Baffle Haus.
Then too many to list - Devils elbow, Ace Cafe, Revs, and so on.

Keen to learn what works well. I know The Heyshed is uniquely situated just below the wilderness trails so we'll continue to build our store of useful spares but what are the famous places doing that we can learn.

Team - reminder the Shed is closed for Winter but Jammin Donuts are onsite Saturday. So if you're passing you can still get sustenance.

Team - show and shine with a cruise and a BBQ.

This Sunday - it is for charity, a good charity, good people making a difference.

Starts at 0930 - 1000. Cruise out then BBQ around 12.

Come along, buy a snag, chuck loose change in a bucket.

Should be some very cool motorcycles and cars - great coffee and Heyfield Butcher - Lewz - snags! Perfect.

For a funny little coffee stop I make surprisingly great coffee.

Well this little Kitty Flanagan skit involves my coffee mentor - Clay. He is the master roaster/ owner of Pillar coffee.

Kitty goes to the top for coffee advice - as do I.

Welcome Winter - Charity show and shine - Cruise - BBQ.

28th June : 1 Temple Street. Heyfield VIC 3858.

Team, we have a local car entering The Variety Bash, its a legit charity and our local drivers are motivated folks with big hearts. As a fund-raiser they have planned a show and shine with a short cruise to Cowwarr Wier and they asked me if I could help.

At The Heyshed we consider it a privilege to help host this event. The BBQ will be for charity as well.

It could be cold, it could be wet but it will be fun. We all know I make great coffee but I also make exceptional Hot Chocolate. So if you are worried about the cold The Heyshed will also donate $1 from every large Coffee, Chai or Chocolate ( Maybe even Tea) to the cause.

The Lodge in Heyfield is perfect for a 30ish ( size not age) group of riders. Some individual rooms, some bunks - so all budgets.

You'd have your own space, they're licensed too.

Highly recommended.
