The man, the myth, the legend himself. ❤️🍕

In 2007, Paolo fired up the wood-fired oven and brought authentic Neapolitan pizza to regional Queensland. Nearly 20 years later, the little restaurant he started is still here, still evolving and still welcoming so many familiar faces.

This Sunday, 11 October, marks two years since Paolo passed over the reins to Seb — making this photo all the more special. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported Paolo’s, then and now.

The man who started it all, and the man carrying it forward. ❤️🇮🇹🍕
