🚨 ATTENTION 🚨Tomorrow we will be hosting our second attempt at Pancake Day 😀
Unfortunately on Tuesday we experienced a power blackout during the middle of service, so we decided to host it for a second day! The wonderful volunteers from Henley Fulham uniting Church will be cooking up your favourite pancakes again with all proceeds from pancakes going to Uniting Care SA

Hi everyone, it’s Hayley here

I’m reaching out to our beautiful Henley community to try and help raise some much needed funds for one of my best friends Alex.

Alex has had brain cancer for over 10years and has had to undergo 6 brain surgeries in that time. She’s the strongest person I know but her last surgery has left her in a wheelchair with little to no use of one side of her body. My friends and I are trying to help raise some money to help her and her family afford the medical costs of her rehabilitation. As you can imagine the long term costs of multiple surgeries and treatment have taken their toll financially. And, to add insult to injury Alex’s younger sister succumbed to her own battle with cancer earlier this year.

This family has been through so much! So please if you’re able to your support will go a long way.

We’re running a movie night and have set up a go fund me page to help raise the funds. Below are the links. Thank you for your time and support. It is appreciated beyond measure
