We are hunting for our next Sultan of schnitzels.. or our next Princess of parmigianas.. we need a new Kookabugga in the team!

Position available for prep cook/CDP in Halls Gap Victoria, smack bang in the middle of the Grampians national park. ⛰️ 📸

Approx 35-40hrs per week. Casual position, 3 month minimum (full time/sponsorship can be discussed after minimum 3 months casual period)
Great work life balance, 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday) allowing plenty of time to explore the Grampians national park right at your doorstep!

Duties include prepping food in the afternoon and then what we call “piggy in the middle” for evening service, basically helping the chefs plate, keeping hot spuds and chips going as the chefs need. (Also must enjoy a good session of kitchen karaoke)

Must have basic knowledge of ingredients and how a kitchen works, stock rotation/food safety etc

Some knife skills are a bonus (bandaids provided)
