Running a small business isn’t easy. Some days we don’t even break even, and other days are so busy we can barely keep up. There’s also so much happening behind the scenes that no one sees.

At the heart of it all, we just want to bring you an authentic German ice cream experience. Our team genuinely loves seeing the excitement when your sundaes arrive at the table, it’s one of the best parts of what we do.
