Winter Menu item - Scotch Egg

A classic British snack and picnic dish.

Egg wrapped in seasoned sausage meat and coated in a golden crumb. Yum!
It’s part of our Share & Graze option and we’re serving it with house-made piccalilli, rocket & pickles.

This Winter, we’re celebrating iconic heritage with our take on the classics, best enjoyed alongside our Willie’s Tasmanian cider that honours the same rich traditions.
But at this time of year we’re definitely suggesting pairing it with a Hot Spiced Cider 🍎

After all Tasmania and Britain does have a long standing love affair with apples and cider!

We had a fantastic time hosting a tour group from the Family Business Conference FBA AU last month at The Apple Shed. The group enjoyed a tour around the orchard and the cidery, finished off with a cider tasting and lunch at the shed.
