At Lars Bar & Grill, our steaks are sourced from Stockyard Beef - a producer I’ve trusted for over 10 years in my chef career.
Their cattle are grain-fed for over 200 days, giving that rich, bold flavour and beautiful marbling. I’ve been to the farm myself and seen everything firsthand. the consistency and quality they produce is honestly unreal. 🥩
