Café Supervisor – Monday to Friday
We’re a small, busy café with a strong local following, looking for a café supervisor to join our team in a long-term, weekday role.
This position suits someone who enjoys early mornings, leads quietly by example, and takes pride in keeping a café running smoothly. You’ll support the team, maintain standards, and help create a welcoming space for both customers and staff.
The role includes:
• Supervising daily café operations
• Supporting and guiding the team on shift
• Barista work and customer service
• Operating the POS system
• Opening and closing the café
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards
You’ll be trained in our systems and supported by a hands-on management team.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has café or hospitality leadership experience
• Is calm, reliable, and organised
• Communicates well and leads with respect
• Is comfortable with early mornings
This is a steady Monday to Friday position in a supportive, down-to-earth workplace that values consistency and care.
