Always pretty proud when I release a pastry course, there’s something about teaching what I’ve learnt that is really really satisfying !

Today I’ve released a brand new croissant course that is new and improved ! I’ve also made 2 “Add Ons” available for cinnamon scrolls and danish’s/kouign amann’s!
