Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager– Chinese Restaurant (Gold Coast)

We are a well-established Chinese restaurant located on the Gold Coast with a loyal customer base. Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations (front-of-house focused)

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (Chinese restaurant experience preferred)
• Fluent in English, basic Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and well-organised
• Must have valid Australian working rights
