Located one of Australia's most famous and popular beaches, Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club provides an ideal beachfront dining and bar experience in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Club was first established in 1925 to attract tourists to the area by providing a safe beach for swimmers. Surfers Paradise owes its progress and status – and the safety of its visitors – to earlier generatio

ns of benefactors who had a vision. While providing an outstanding model of surf lifesaving on the busiest and best-known beach in Australia, the quality and courage of our members go beyond personal interest. In 1958 acts of heroism and self-sacrifice were displayed when members of the club were catapulted into the limelight when they heroically participated in a shark attack rescue. This resulted in the club receiving the “Meritorious Award for Bravery” from Surf Life Saving Australia and six members receiving Royal Humane Society awards.

With 31 years in hospitality, Aaron has dedicated his career to creating great food and memorable dining experiences. Leaving school at the end of Year 10 to pursue a career as a chef, he's never looked back.

Originally from Sydney and now calling the Gold Coast home for almost five years, Aaron leads our kitchen team with a passion for quality food, fresh produce and consistency.

Whether you're joining us for a meal or one of our weekly specials, Aaron and the team are working hard behind the scenes to make every visit a great one.
