We are hiring!! ☕️

Caramel Cafe in Helensvale is looking for a full-time barista to join our small team, Monday to Friday.

Great hours, no weekends, public holidays off, and finished by 2.30pm each day.

We’re a busy family-owned industrial cafe serving tradies, office workers, film production crews, and lots of lovely regulars.

This role would suit someone who:
☕ Loves coffee and takes pride in making it well
☕ Is friendly, warm and confident with customers
☕ Can stay calm and organised during a busy morning rush
☕ Is reliable, punctual and happy to be part of a small team
☕ Brings good energy and a positive attitude

Experience is important, but so is the right personality. Our regulars mean a lot to us, so we’re looking for someone kind, capable and consistent.
