The City of Holdfast Bay is proud to present the 5th annual Glenelg Ice Cream Festival — a vibrant celebration of summer, sweetness, and seaside fun. This beloved street party brings together families and the local community to honour Glenelg's iconic connection to beach days and ice cream treats.

Now recognised as South Australia's largest dedicated ice cream festival, this multi-award-winning event features a diverse range of frozen delights — from classic favourites to dairy-free and vegan options — showcasing the best of the state's artisan producers. There is even a dog-safe ice cream for your family pooch!

Jetty Road comes alive with exclusive pop-ups from local traders, delicious street food, and extended shopping hours, injecting real economic energy into the precinct. This is more than just a frozen food festival — it's a celebration of community spirit.

Families can enjoy a wide array of free activities, including interactive kids' zones with outdoor games, craft stations, face painting, and more. The precinct buzzes with excitement thanks to community activations, special ice cream offers from precinct traders, and live performances from musicians across Jetty Road and Moseley Square.
