Back in olden days…. Just found this photo that always stuck on my fridge.
I would like to share a good memorable moment.
This was taken one of a Monday night on school holiday. Mr Lim asked me to bring my children to work. While I was working and Mr Lim spoiled my kids by taking them to sushi train. When they came back, each had an empty bottle that had a marble in there and asked Bruce to break the bottle in order to have the little marble. My Children was so happy. So nice of Me Lim. ❤️
That’s why I always spoil his grandchildren back by giving them plenty of Dim Sim whenever they come to the restaurant. ☺️
They love our Dim Sim so much! Actually is their grandpa’s recipes. 😋

Teaching new staff how to fry Fried Ice Cream. Have to be smoky hot oil, otherwise the ice cream will melt and the outside won’t be crispy.

Peaceful for now….But won’t be long, everything will fill up soon….We are very heavily book for tonight!

This dish is Honey Chicken! (GF)
We can’t do the round chicken balls, as customer requested gluten free. However we use fresh chicken breast lightly coated with pure corn flour to deep fry then toss with our homemade honey sauce.

The recipes were original, the vegetables are fresh from local producer, and the foods were cooked from the heart. ❤️
All of our children were grow in here and so as our loyal patrons’ children. ☺️
