We have some new team members and unfortunately some people on Facebook feedback pages are wanting to review without approaching us. This is affecting our new team members, showing self doubt.

We strive to be perfect and sometimes we are not. This is where we need your help, send us a message with details good or bad so we can work with the team to improve in areas.
