💛 R U OK? Day at Cafe Ten28 💛

Today was a little reminder that sometimes a simple “Are you OK?” can mean more than we realise.

To spread a little kindness, we gave away free cupcakes to our customers today — just a small sweet treat to brighten someone’s day. 🧁💛

Take a moment today to check in with the people around you. Ask the question, really listen, and remind someone that they’re not alone.

And remember, it’s OK not to be OK. 💛
