Episode 9 of our sunday roast series

Bbq & plum glazed chicken!!

Got some bundaberg spice company marinates from The Food Prep Group in Bundy, and have been having a play around with them lately.

Today I used there bbq plum glaze, and it is unreal on chicken.
Marinated for a couple hours, then smoked for 3 hours at 275f, served with some simple veggies, this is definitely a must try.

Thanks to Smoke Fire HQ for the supplies as always 🙌🙌

Episode 8 of our sunday roast series.

Smoked corned meat,
The missus said this was "the best corned meat I've ever had" and I would have to agree, its a great alternative to your typical boiled corned meat, so much flavour, its insane, was even better for toasties the next day!!
The next one i do ill use more of a pastrami style rub, but this was still unreal using Lane's BBQ Australia magic dust and some Alpha Blokes Podcast ABC blend, highly recommend giving it a go 🤌

A whole Lamb on the cross.

only a short video today, as this was more about time with the family and extended family then content.
troy took the reins on this one and the flavour was unreal, we will be doing more of these for sure 👀👀

pork loin racks, from Tannum Meats

super simple cook, was able to get some smoke into them, and the set the crackling in the bbq on HIGH, worked a treat, used a bita Meat Graffiti BBQ MeatGraffiti Mvp run and some braai, salt we found at the markets. 🤌
