Wow, three years in a row for HUGHESEY QUE. We’re honoured to be named a Top 5 finalist again. Thank you to everyone who voted for us and to the judges for recognising our team. ❤️

But today, I want to give a massive shout-out to every hospitality business in Gladstone.

To the owners keeping the lights on, the teams showing up for the early starts and late finishes, and everyone working hard to give our community incredible places to eat and drink: we see you. We know how much of yourselves you put into it.

We’ve almost finished our lunch service launch of our brand-new delivery service and, as expected with anything new, we’ve had a few little hiccups along the way.

The incredible team at Penny Wise I.T is already working on improvements to make the ordering process easier and smoother for everyone.

A massive shout-out to Cass from Pennywise I.T., who has been on standby today, actioning updates as quickly as possible and answering every question Macca throws her way. 😂

The team at Pennywise I.T. hasn’t just built the system and walked away—they’ve genuinely backed HUGHESEY QUE, supported our launch and worked alongside us to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We honestly couldn’t ask for better people or a better business to have in our corner.

And no… we’re not using one of the big delivery companies.

Thanks to the incredible work of Steve and Cass at Penny Wise I.T, we now have our own delivery system built directly into the HUGHESEY QUE app.

And it launches…
