Photo dump from my small stay in Houston. Been wanting to meet Coop for years from BAR-A-BBQ | TEXAS CRAFT BBQ and it was everything I wanted it to be. Also headed over to Blood Bros. BBQ® as they’re the OG of Asian fusion Texas Barbecue.

Austin photo dump. Had an amazing time and finally got to meet Bobby Holley and Ewan Patrick Gunning Hardeman from Stiles Switch. Incredible people and I’m kinda thinking of cutting a day short in San Antonio to head back and spend more time with them. I’m in Houston tomorrow and first stop will be at BAR-A-BBQ | TEXAS CRAFT BBQ and hopefully I can meet Coop himself.

Was gonna make a vid but the cringe would’ve killed me filming at an airport. I’m off to Texas! Finally after 10 years of Barbecue it’s time to make the journey over. I’ll be posting daily in the stories and I’ll do proper posts every 3 days ish.
