We take pride in providing healthful, yummy takeaway food, coffee and smoothies for those requiring a gluten free diet. Nothing is off the menu if you're celiac, gluten intolerant or just conscious of gluten in your diet. Our speciality is delicious, refreshing smoothies. Popular choices are the super healthy Green Machine and fruity Cheeky Mango. All are processed sugar free, we don't use frozen

yoghurts or ice creams, instead using fresh fruit and vegetables to ensure they're packed with goodness. Additions like chia or linseed add a boost and switching to soy or almond milk can ensure a dairy free treat. We choose Barossa Coffee Roasters Mexican bean. An organic award winner, this is a bold bean for the definite coffee lover. With all the usual suspects coffee wise, we also use fresh espresso in our Coffee Delish smoothie. Our humble cabinet is filled to the brim, fresh daily with a choice of salads, wraps, gluten free quiches, sausage rolls and sweet treats. Classic favourites like Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing tweaked to be gluten free and options so healthy, like our Roasted Sweet Potato and Quinoa Salad, you can eat guilt free! We use a mix of organic and conventional produce and dry goods, according to availability. And you can't go past decadent treats now and again like our Cacao Quinoa Cupcakes or luscious sugar free Honey Baked Cheesecake.
